Who we are

The name of our Guest House derives from the name that was assigned to the farmhouse adjacent to the structure by toponymy to identify the old farmhouses without street numbers.

The building where hospitality is made is of a new concept built entirely with the most restrictive anti-seismic criteria and totally in class A. The cladding of the structure is made entirely with a thermal coat, this guarantees less heat loss both in summer and in winter. The heating and cooling system is underfloor, controlled by a heat pump and gas boiler, implemented by solar panels and a photovoltaic system which minimize the environmental impact and allow us to be almost completely self-sufficient. Furthermore, maximum comfort is guaranteed both in summer and winter both by a hybrid heating system and by ceiling fans in every room.

The construction works were finished in May 2017.

Our company is spread over 5 hectares of countryside all rigorously cultivated in a biological way divided between an experimental controlled truffle plant, an olive grove, 25 bee hives for the production of products exclusively for family use, a vegetable garden, an orchard which with the the passing of the seasons gives us fresh fruit: cherries, pomegranates, pears, quinces, walnuts, almonds, apricots, grapes, figs, sour cherries and many more healthy and good vegetables.

The constant presence of the owner and the entire family who collaborate with conviction, passion and pleasure, allow us to make hospitality and welcome a fundamental requirement for us. We take care of our guests and guarantee maximum availability to show you our company, the products we produce and all that our area offers.
